I placed an ordered a sandwich online and specified I was celiac and would have to avoid cross contact. I will say I did not specify not toasted but it was a build your own and it didn’t say it would be toasted or give an option so maybe I should have specified.
I also had a sandwich with gf bread that was wonderful. I've eaten here many times with no reactions. I've had all the GF options with no issues and I am sensitive. The counter staff are very knowledgeable. Former tennis professional and corporate stiff turned passionate baker spreading joy through gluten free treats as well as sourdough.

We also carry a wide range of vegan products, and cupcakes in the store if you are looking for single items. We even have vegan & gluten free offerings as well.

The second option, below, is to try a few restaurants I love with menus that aren’t filled with gluten land mines. They NEVER close, welcoming first responders and all sorts of folk into their eclectic living room.

Fortunately, Charlotte does have several excellent vegan cake makers to choose from. I love pretty much everything Nami Nori has to offer — after my first visit back in 2019, I returned for lunch the next day. If you are looking for GF, they have lots of options.

If you have celiac stick to coffee and let your friends enjoy the "GF" pastries. I've enjoyed the salads and soups (just ask what's in it first) and the desserts are always a fave. I mostly get the French macarons (cinnamon and lemon are my favorites), the tea cakes are gf and are so moist and flavorful, and you can't go wrong with a gf salted caramel brownie. Just ask for vegan options when pre-ordering and we’ll take care of the rest.

Then, Heat Races, Last Chance Showdowns and the first round of Hornet Features completes Friday night’s program, while the remaining Last Chance races and Features for all divisions closes out the event on Saturday night.

Meanwhile, Great Britain's track cycling power couple, Jason and Laura Kenny, have announced their retirements. Jason, 36, retired in 2022 as the most decorated British athlete, as well as the most decorated cyclist, of all-time at the Olympics.
World Finals Expands To Four Days in 2022 to Nov. 2-5
Every driver who pre-registers, regardless of division, will receive one additional entry into the drawing for a brand-new Chevy Performance 604 Crate engine at Saturday’s drivers meeting. The Driver Appreciation Pit Party also returns to the schedule on Friday night after racing concludes, featuring music and a bonfire to complete the evening. CONCORD, NC– The seventh annual World Short Track Championship goes green at The Dirt Track at Charlotte, Oct. 27-29, now boasting a record 10 divisions of racing over three days. A 4/10 mile dirt track located across the street from its big sister – the Charlotte Motor Speedway, the Dirt Track at Charlotte was built in 2000 and hosts many weekly dirt series throughout the year. The World of Outlaws dirt series have held their finals at the Dirt Track at Charlotte as well.
Then, racing will begin Wednesday, Nov. 2 with the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars and World of Outlaws Late Models. Schedules are known to change without warning, double check with race track before heading out. So, while Sheppard has a comfortable point lead now, the Series championship is far from settled. Highlighting the event will again be the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series, World of Outlaws CASE Construction Equipment Series and Super DIRTcar Series. Then, three champions will be crowned on Saturday, Nov. 5, with a massive night of action. Points accumulated from the previous nights will determine the Heat Race lineups for each Series. Since becoming the first U.S. woman to win an Olympic gold medal in track cycling, Jennifer Valente has asserted herself as the consistent favorite in women's onium. After entering the last Olympics as the two-time reigning Tour de France champion, Slovenia's Tadej Pogacar earned bronze for the men's road race in Tokyo. Since then, Pogacar has finished second behind Denmark's Jonas Vingegaard in back-to-back Tour de France events. However, Vingegaard's participation in Paris is uncertain, in part because he broke his collarbone and several ribs in a crash while racing in April.

The final race of the iRacing World Championship series returns to the virtual Dirt Track at Charlotte.
